DOT-Compliant Random Selection Engine: Audited Draws and Pool Management
49 CFR Part 40 Subpart S (the section governing random testing) requires that your selection process be unpredictable, statistically random, and auditable. Run the Draw
On your schedule (monthly, quarterly, or as needed), Atlas Onboard generates a random selection using a FIPS-certified algorithm. The draw is timestamped, seeded, and logged. Selected employees are notified immediately.

Monitor completion, track clinic visits, and download audit reports. Every draw is stored permanently—accessible for DOT inspections for the full 5-year retention window.
