Per-Test Pricing
CoreEvery drug test ordered through Atlas Onboard is billed at a flat per-test rate. Urine 5-panel, oral fluid, expanded panels, and EBT all have published rates once you are onboarded. No minimum order quantities.
Annual Random Program Management
PopularA fixed annual fee covers random selection engine access, consortium pool management, audit trail storage, and draw documentation for the compliance year. Scales by pool size.
FMCSA Clearinghouse Integration
FMCSAPer-query pricing for automated Clearinghouse checks. Full and limited queries supported. Includes RTD clearance reporting back to the Clearinghouse.
DER Training & Audit Engagements
AdvisoryOne-time fees for DER (Designated Employer Representative) training, program reviews, and pre-audit readiness engagements. Custom scope and pricing.
Why we don't publish a public price list
Drug testing pricing is highly context-dependent. A 15-driver trucking company in the FMCSA random consortium and a 500-person maritime employer with expanded panels and USCG requirements have very different needs. Publishing a one-size-fits-all rate would either overcharge small operators or undervalue the complexity of larger programs.
